  • Before using, remove all packaging materials and place the diffuser on a stable, protective surface away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  • Remove the stopper and insert the reeds into the bottle. Allow up to 24 hours for the fragrance to fully absorb and begin diffusing. For an instant scent boost, carefully flip the reeds after the first day.
  • To maintain an even fragrance level, flip the reeds every one to two weeks, or as desired. Be mindful that frequent flipping may cause the oil to evaporate more quickly.
  • Avoid placing the diffuser near open flames, vents, or electronics, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. Clean any spills immediately, as the oils can damage wood and delicate surfaces.
  • Once the fragrance oil has fully evaporated, replace both the oil and reeds to ensure optimal diffusion.

If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase. The Ultimate Tower, The Allure Bookstand, and vintage or third-party objects are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
