  • Handle with Clean, Dry Hands: Always use clean, dry hands when handling your book to avoid transferring oils or dirt onto the pages and cover.
  • Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause fading or discoloration of the cover and pages.
  • Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Humidity and moisture can damage both the paper and binding. Store books upright on a flat surface, away from heat sources.
  • Dust Regularly: Use a soft, dry cloth or feather duster to gently remove dust from the cover and page edges.
  • Use Caution When Opening: Do not force the spine flat, especially on new books, as this may damage the binding.
  • Keep Away from Liquids and Food: Avoid placing books near food or beverages to prevent spills and stains.

Candle

  1. Before lighting, remove all packaging materials and ensure the candle is free of debris such as matches and wick trimmings.
  2. To get the most out of your candle, burn it for 2-3 hours at a time to maintain an even melt pool. Be mindful that the vessel will become hot while the candle is burning. Always allow the candle to cool fully before relighting, and avoid allowing the flame to touch the sides of the vessel.
  3. If you notice any black smoke, trim the wick to no more than 5mm to maintain a clean and steady burn.
  4. Always protect the surface beneath your candle (with a wood or ceramic plate, for example), and avoid burning it all the way to the bottom. Place it away from drafty areas to ensure an even burn.
  5. Following these guidelines will help prevent personal injury and property damage while ensuring a longer-lasting, more fragrant experience.

To preserve the quality and appearance of your tote, we recommend the following:

  • Spot Clean Only: Use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap to gently spot clean. Do not submerge in water or machine wash.
  • Avoid Overloading: Do not overfill the bag to prevent distortion or strain on the canvas and handles.
  • Keep Away from Excessive Moisture: Store in a dry place to avoid mold or mildew. If wet, air dry completely before storing.
  • Store Properly: When not in use, keep the tote in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Handle with Clean Hands: Oils or dirt from hands may transfer onto the fabric.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. For damaged items, kindly email us your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase.
