To preserve the quality and appearance of your tote, we recommend the following:

  • Spot Clean Only: Use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap to gently spot clean. Do not submerge in water or machine wash.
  • Avoid Overloading: Do not overfill the bag to prevent distortion or strain on the canvas and handles.
  • Keep Away from Excessive Moisture: Store in a dry place to avoid mold or mildew. If wet, air dry completely before storing.
  • Store Properly: When not in use, keep the tote in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Handle with Clean Hands: Oils or dirt from hands may transfer onto the fabric.
If the content of your order arrives damaged, or is incorrect, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, details of the damage and photos if possible.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges or merchandise credit only within 14 days of delivery. No refunds. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or higher value. Please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please email us to begin the return process. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received and within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase.
