Craft & Tradition

These Special Edition tomes feature the traditional Suzani technique of silk embroidery. Hand-sewn in Tashkent, Uzbekistan by Madina Kasimbaeva, one of the region's most famous embroiders, each embroidery took several hours to complete before being individually dyed with natural pigments. Due to the nature of the process, each clamshell cover is unique.
