ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on regular business days before 12pm EST will begin processing on the same day.
For any order placed on holidays, Saturday or Sunday, processing will begin on the next business day.

- Orders placed before 12pm EST Monday – Friday will be shipped the same day.

- Pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot deliver to US Post Office boxes or US Military addresses such as APO/FPO.
RETURN POLICY
Returns for exchange or merchandise credit only within 14 days of date of delivery, no refunds.* If the content of the order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Books must have original protective packaging intact and be returned to initial place of purchase. All non-book merchandise including vintage books, objects, gallery items, stationery, and candles are considered final sale.
Assouline reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policy.
CANDLES RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all candle sales are final.
Damages:
We offer a refund on items that may have been damaged in transit. If your candle arrives damaged, please contact Customer Care within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Candle must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by an original receipt. We will not honor refunds for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping. Assouline reserves the right to reject any refunds that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Items that appear used or worn upon inspection will not be eligible for refunds.
