London welcomed a piece of the African wild last evening as Londolozi celebrated the launch of Londolozi: The Safari That Changed Everything with Assouline, marking the brand’s extraordinary 100th anniversary. Held at Maison Assouline, the evening unfolded as an intimate tribute to heritage, storytelling, and sustainability.

Hosted by the Londolozi family, guests gathered among curated volumes, original art, and refined interiors that transported them into the spirit of Londolozi itself, a legacy shaped by a century-long commitment to conservation, community, and the enduring bond between generations and the African wilderness.

At the center of the evening stood the Varty family: Creative Director Bronwyn Varty-Laburn, fourth-generation custodian and co-owner Boyd Varty, co-owner Shan Varty, and co-founder, owner, and Chairman of the Board Dave Varty. Together, they embodied the heart of Londolozi, a family story rooted in reverence for the land and the life it sustains.

African-inspired touches were woven thoughtfully throughout the night, from the décor to the conversations themselves, transforming the celebration into a living expression of Londolozi’s enduring legacy.
