There are views of Positano, and then there is the view from the Zeffirelli Suite at Treville Positano. Perched above the Amalfi Coast, the former home of acclaimed Italian director Franco Zeffirelli looks out across Positano, the sea and the property’s gardens from an expansive private terrace.

In the bathroom, a deep Carrara marble bathtub faces picture windows looking outward, with a Murano glass chandelier suspended overhead.

But the main event is outside. The suite’s grand terrace opens onto sweeping views of Positano, the Mediterranean and the surrounding gardens, with secluded corners carved out for taking it all in. Tucked into the terrace is a private heated plunge pool, offering an especially indulgent vantage point over the landscape.

The suite is part of Treville Positano, the intimate retreat that evolved from Zeffirelli’s former estate.
