At Maison Assouline Riyadh, Director Sead Jasarevic shares the inspiration behind a new menu designed to engage the senses as much as the imagination.

Inspired by Assouline's Travel Series title of the same name, the Marrakech Flair is a cocktail that transports before the first sip. Non-alcoholic by design, it begins with a house-made spiced cordial and bright citrus, before deepening into the rich, molasses warmth evocative of dark rum and sugarcane. A final curl of aromatic cinnamon smoke settles over the glass like the last light of a Marrakech evening. Warm, exotic, and entirely unforgettable.
