In a bold fusion of orchard and oak, the brand's West Coast ambassador, Brett Bayly, blends bright sherry with their celebrated 12-year doublewood.

Nestled in Scotland's picturesque Speyside region, The Balvenie has been handcrafting single malt Scotch whisky for over 130 years. Each expression showcases the distillery's signature honeyed character, with layers of sweet fruit and Oloroso sherry complemented by notes of vanilla and honey. While their whiskies are most commonly enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water to unlock their full complexity, summer calls for something refreshing.

Enter the Stone Fruit Splash—brand ambassador Brett Bayly's seasonal creation that celebrates the DoubleWood 12 Year Old's natural fruit notes. "The addition of apricot brandy adds wonderful depth while maintaining the whisky's essential character," he says. The cocktail's pale orange glow captures the warm hues of a summer sunset, creating the perfect moment to savor this thoughtfully crafted drink.
