As the world turns its attention to Women's History Month, Assouline's Vital Voices emerges as more than a book—it is a manifesto, a celebration, and an urgent call to action. The collection brings together 100 trailblazing women—activists, entrepreneurs, artists, and visionaries—whose work spans continents and industries but is united by a singular mission: to create meaningful change. From Nobel laureates to grassroots leaders, these women represent the full spectrum of ambition and resilience, offering a masterclass in leadership that is both aspirational and instructive.

Today, she is a key organizer of Fridays for Future New York City, and has emerged as a powerful leader in the climate movement.
